Explore the cutting-edge facilities at STARS at Metro North Health. This exclusive tour for the first 30 delegates to register, offers a unique opportunity to explore one of the largest specialist rehabilitation services in the southern hemisphere. Located at the Herston Health Precinct, STARS is a hub of innovation and excellence and is home to over 30 health facilities, medical research institutes and universities and organisations. The tour includes the All-Abilities Centre, an interprofessional therapy space featuring extensive ceiling hoist tracking and breath-taking views as well as the extensive STARS equipment service which ensures outstanding care for patients with diverse needs. You'll also get to admire the stunning artwork, including pieces by Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander artists curated to enhance the healing environment and adding a rich cultural dimension to the hospital.
